
Exotic Japanese Tuna Tartare

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ahi tuna steak
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 stalks Scallions
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Rice vinegar
- 1 Avocado
- 1 small knob Ginger
- 1 tbsp Caviar
Instructions:
- First, finely chop the ahi tuna and place it in a bowl. This will be the main component of our dish.
- Thinly slice the scallions and add them to the tuna.
- Grate the knob of ginger and add to the mix.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to make the tartare dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the tuna, add in the sesame seeds, and gently combine.
- Peel and slice the avocado. Arrange on the plate and top with the tuna mix.
- Finally, garnish with a spoonful of caviar to bring an exotic touch to this Japanese snack.
