
Exotic Japanese Tamago Kake Gohan

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Japanese short grain rice
- 3 cups Water
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Japanese mayonnaise
- 2 Green onions
- 1 sheet, shredded Nori seaweed
Instructions:
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Then, place the rice and water into a rice cooker and cook according to the cooker's instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, crack the eggs into a bowl and beat until smooth.
- Once the rice is done cooking, divide it among 4 bowls. Pour a raw beaten egg over the hot rice in each bowl, and gently mix until the egg is slightly cooked by the residual heat of the rice.
- Drizzle each bowl with soy sauce and a spoonful of Japanese mayonnaise.
- Finally, garnish each bowl with chopped green onions and shredded nori. Serve immediately while hot.
