Exotic Japanese Seafood Ramen

Ingredients:
- 4 servings Ramen noodles
- 16 pieces Large shrimp
- 16 pieces Scallops
- 2 tablespoons Miso paste
- 1 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 4 stalks Green onions
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1 inch Ginger
- 4 cups Seafood stock
- 4 sheets Norii (dried seaweed)
- 4 pieces Soft boiled eggs
Instructions:
- 1. Start by making the broth. In a large pot, add the seafood stock, miso paste, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 45 minutes.
- 2. In the meantime, prepare your ramen toppings. Saute the shrimp and scallops in a bit of oil until fully cooked. Set aside.
- 3. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
- 4. When the broth is ready, strain it to remove the garlic and ginger.
- 5. Assemble your bowls by dividing the noodles among the 4 bowls. Pour the broth over the noodles. Top with the shrimp, scallops, a soft boiled egg, chopped green onions, and a sheet of norii.
- 6. Your Exotic Japanese Seafood Ramen is ready to serve!
