Exotic Japanese Seafood Ramen

Ingredients:

  • 4 servings Ramen noodles
  • 16 pieces Large shrimp
  • 16 pieces Scallops
  • 2 tablespoons Miso paste
  • 1 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 4 stalks Green onions
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 4 cups Seafood stock
  • 4 sheets Norii (dried seaweed)
  • 4 pieces Soft boiled eggs

Instructions:

  1. 1. Start by making the broth. In a large pot, add the seafood stock, miso paste, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 45 minutes.
  2. 2. In the meantime, prepare your ramen toppings. Saute the shrimp and scallops in a bit of oil until fully cooked. Set aside.
  3. 3. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
  4. 4. When the broth is ready, strain it to remove the garlic and ginger.
  5. 5. Assemble your bowls by dividing the noodles among the 4 bowls. Pour the broth over the noodles. Top with the shrimp, scallops, a soft boiled egg, chopped green onions, and a sheet of norii.
