
Exotic Japanese Sashimi Bowl

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Fresh Tuna sashimi grade
- 1.5 cups White sushi rice
- 2 sheets Nori seaweed, chopped
- 2 stalks Scallions
- to taste Wasabi
- to taste Soy sauce
- to taste Pickled ginger
- 2 tablespoons Ikura (salmon roe)
Instructions:
- Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions. Let it cool slightly while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
- Chop the tuna into bite-sized pieces and chop the scallions finely.
- Flake the nori into small pieces using your hands.
- Divide the cooled sushi rice between two bowls. Top with chopped tuna, nori, scallions and a spoonful of ikura.
- Serve immediately with wasabi, soy sauce, and pickled ginger on the side.
