
Exotic Japanese Pasta Dinner

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Udon Noodles
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 200 grams Shiitake Mushrooms
- 4 stalks Spring Onions
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 500 grams Norwegian King Crab
- 10 leaves Shiso Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Yuzu zest
Instructions:
- Start by boiling the udon noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the sesame and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms to the pan and sauté until they start to soften.
- Stir in the soy sauce and mirin, let the mixture simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Add the cooked Norwegian king Crab and cooked udon noodles to the pan, toss until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Stir in the chopped spring onions, shiso leaves, and yuzu zest. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Serve hot, garnish with extra shiso leaves and yuzu zest if desired.
