
Exotic Japanese Egg Donburi

Ingredients:
- 4 whole Eggs
- 4 cups Cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 2 cups Dashi broth
- 4 squares Nori seaweed
Instructions:
- In a small pan, combine the soy sauce, mirin, and dashi broth over a medium heat. Simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
- In a separate pan, scramble the eggs over a low heat, keeping them slightly runny.
- Place a serving of rice equally in 4 different bowls.
- Top each bowl with the scrambled eggs.
- Pour the prepared sauce evenly over each bowl.
- Finish by sprinkling chopped green onions and a square of nori seaweed on top of each bowl.
