
Exotic Japanese Breakfast Seafood Okonomiyaki

Ingredients:
- 100 gram flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 100 ml water
- 1/4 cup bonito flakes
- 1 cup cabbage
- 2 stalks green onions
- 100 gram octopus
- 100 gram prawns
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- to taste mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp pickled ginger
- for garnish seaweed strips
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, water and bonito flakes. Stir until smooth.
- Chop the cabbage and green onions. Fold into the batter.
- Chop the octopus and prawns into bite-size pieces. Fold into the batter.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour half of your batter into the skillet and spread into a circle with a spatula.
- Cook the okonomiyaki for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.
- Slide onto a plate, drizzle with oyster sauce and mayonnaise.
- Garnish with pickled ginger and seaweed strips.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
