Exotic Italian Pasta Snack

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Spaghetti Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Truffle Oil
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions:

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Add a generous amount of salt, then the spaghetti. Cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water. Add the drained pasta to the pan with garlic and oil. Toss the pasta to coat evenly.
  4. Add truffle oil, half of the parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the pasta and continually toss to combine. Use the reserved pasta water as needed to loosen up the pasta.
  5. Garnish the pasta with the remaining Parmesan cheese and the chopped parsley.
