Ingredients:
- 4 cups cups Assorted fresh fruits
- 8 slices slices Prosciutto di Parma
- 2 tablespoons tablespoons Balsamic Glaze
- 100 grams grams Crumbled blue cheese
- a handful Fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons tablespoons Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Wash, dry, and prepare all the fresh fruits, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange the fruit pieces on four plates, dividing them evenly.
- Wrap each piece of fruit with a slice of prosciutto di Parma.
- Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese over the wrapped pieces of fruit.
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the plates, trying to distribute it evenly among all the pieces.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with the fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
