Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cups Assorted fresh fruits
  • 8 slices slices Prosciutto di Parma
  • 2 tablespoons tablespoons Balsamic Glaze
  • 100 grams grams Crumbled blue cheese
  • a handful Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons tablespoons Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Wash, dry, and prepare all the fresh fruits, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Arrange the fruit pieces on four plates, dividing them evenly.
  3. Wrap each piece of fruit with a slice of prosciutto di Parma.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese over the wrapped pieces of fruit.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the plates, trying to distribute it evenly among all the pieces.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with the fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
