Exotic Italian Fruit Breakfast Bowls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 teaspoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Almonds, sliced
  • 4 slices Prosciutto
  • 4 whole Figs, fresh

Instructions:

  1. 1. Start by dividing the Greek yogurt equally amongst two bowls.
  2. 2. Next, add a cup of mixed berries on the yogurt in each bowl.
  3. 3. Sprinkle half a cup of granola on the berries in each bowl.
  4. 4. Drizzle each bowl with 2 teaspoons of honey, more or less to your preference.
  5. 5. Sprinkle a tablespoon of sliced almonds on each bowl.
  6. 6. Lay 2 slices of prosciutto neatly on the side of each bowl.
  7. 7. Lastly, top each bowl with 2 fresh figs, cut in quarters.
  8. 8. Serve immediately for a refreshing and exotic Italian breakfast experience.
