
Exotic Italian Fruit Breakfast Bowls

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- 1 cup Granola
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 teaspoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Almonds, sliced
- 4 slices Prosciutto
- 4 whole Figs, fresh
Instructions:
- 1. Start by dividing the Greek yogurt equally amongst two bowls.
- 2. Next, add a cup of mixed berries on the yogurt in each bowl.
- 3. Sprinkle half a cup of granola on the berries in each bowl.
- 4. Drizzle each bowl with 2 teaspoons of honey, more or less to your preference.
- 5. Sprinkle a tablespoon of sliced almonds on each bowl.
- 6. Lay 2 slices of prosciutto neatly on the side of each bowl.
- 7. Lastly, top each bowl with 2 fresh figs, cut in quarters.
- 8. Serve immediately for a refreshing and exotic Italian breakfast experience.
