
Exotic Italian Frittata

Ingredients:
- 6 pieces Eggs
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 links Italian sausage
- 0.5 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 sprig Fresh basil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Black truffle oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the cheeses. Set aside.
- Heat a large, oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Remove the sausage from its casing and cook until browned.
- Stir in the diced sun-dried tomatoes and minced garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the sausage/tomato mixture. Stir lightly to make sure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the frittata is golden brown on top.
- Let the frittata cool for a few minutes before slicing. Drizzle with black truffle oil and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
