
Exotic Indian-Style Pasta

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups Chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
- 1.5 teaspoon Ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 Chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro leaves
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger; cook until onions are translucent.
- Add chopped tomatoes to the skillet. Cook until they begin to break down and form a sauce.
- Stir in turmeric, garam masala, and chopped red bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, and toss to combine well with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
