
Exotic Indian-Style Midnight Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Pasta
- 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 small Onion
- 1 medium Green Bell Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- To garnish Fresh Coriander
Instructions:
- Boil pasta as per packet instructions and keep it aside.
- Chop onion, bell pepper and tomatoes finely.
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until raw smell vanishes.
- Add onions to it, and sauté until onions turn soft.
- Add bell peppers to it and cook until they turn soft.
- Add ground turmeric, red chilli powder, and some salt. Stir well for a minute.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
- Add the garam masala and stir well.
- Now add the boiled pasta and mix well. Adjust salt if needed.
- Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve.
