Exotic Indian-Style Midnight Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • To garnish Fresh Coriander

Instructions:

  1. Boil pasta as per packet instructions and keep it aside.
  2. Chop onion, bell pepper and tomatoes finely.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until raw smell vanishes.
  4. Add onions to it, and sauté until onions turn soft.
  5. Add bell peppers to it and cook until they turn soft.
  6. Add ground turmeric, red chilli powder, and some salt. Stir well for a minute.
  7. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
  8. Add the garam masala and stir well.
  9. Now add the boiled pasta and mix well. Adjust salt if needed.
  10. Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve.
