Exotic Indian Spiced Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups mixed fruits (mango, pineapple, apple, oranges, pears, grapes)
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black salt
  • handful whole fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Chop all the fruits into small bite-sized cubes and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Extract the juice from the lemon.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, honey, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and black salt. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Pour the spiced mixture over the chopped fruits.
  5. Chop the mint leaves and sprinkle them over the fruit mixture. Toss everything together until the fruits are well coated with the spiced mixture.
  6. Keep the salad in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes before serving it chilled. Enjoy this refreshing and exotic Indian spiced fruit salad!
