Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed fruits (mango, pineapple, apple, oranges, pears, grapes)
- 1 whole lemon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 0.5 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 0.5 teaspoon red chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoon black salt
- handful whole fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
- Chop all the fruits into small bite-sized cubes and place them in a large bowl.
- Extract the juice from the lemon.
- In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, honey, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and black salt. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the spiced mixture over the chopped fruits.
- Chop the mint leaves and sprinkle them over the fruit mixture. Toss everything together until the fruits are well coated with the spiced mixture.
