Exotic Indian Pork Curry

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb Pork
  • 2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 cup Canned Tomato
  • 1 large Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • To Taste Fresh Cilantro, for garnish
  • To Taste Salt

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and cumin with a little water to make a paste.
  2. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add the spice paste to the pan and fry for a few minutes, stirring continuously until fragrant.
  4. Add the pork to the pan and brown on all sides.
  5. Once the pork is browned, add the canned tomato, cover the pan, and simmer for about 45 minutes or until the pork is tender.
  6. Season with salt and garnish with cilantro before serving.
