Exotic Indian Pork Curry

Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb Pork
- 2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 cup Canned Tomato
- 1 large Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- To Taste Fresh Cilantro, for garnish
- To Taste Salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and cumin with a little water to make a paste.
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until golden brown.
- Add the spice paste to the pan and fry for a few minutes, stirring continuously until fragrant.
- Add the pork to the pan and brown on all sides.
- Once the pork is browned, add the canned tomato, cover the pan, and simmer for about 45 minutes or until the pork is tender.
- Season with salt and garnish with cilantro before serving.
