Ingredients:

  • 2 whole mangoes
  • 2 whole bananas
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 whole kiwis
  • 1 whole lemons
  • 2 whole oranges
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
  • to taste salt

Instructions:

  1. Peel the mangoes, bananas, kiwis, and oranges. Cut them into small cubes and gather in a large bowl.
  2. Add the pomegranate seeds, and fresh mint leaves to the bowl.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over the fruit combination.
  4. Drizzle honey over the fruit mixture.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of ground cayenne pepper and salt to taste. This step is optional and should be adjusted to suit the spiciness preferred.
  6. Mix all the ingredients gently until all the fruit pieces get coated nicely with the honey-lemon dressing.
  7. Chill in refrigerator for about an hour before serving so all the flavors can blend together.
  8. Serve cold. Enjoy this exotic and refreshing start to your day!
