Ingredients:
- 2 whole mangoes
- 2 whole bananas
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 whole kiwis
- 1 whole lemons
- 2 whole oranges
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
- to taste salt
Instructions:
- Peel the mangoes, bananas, kiwis, and oranges. Cut them into small cubes and gather in a large bowl.
- Add the pomegranate seeds, and fresh mint leaves to the bowl.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the fruit combination.
- Drizzle honey over the fruit mixture.
- Sprinkle a pinch of ground cayenne pepper and salt to taste. This step is optional and should be adjusted to suit the spiciness preferred.
- Mix all the ingredients gently until all the fruit pieces get coated nicely with the honey-lemon dressing.
- Chill in refrigerator for about an hour before serving so all the flavors can blend together.
