Exotic Indian Fish Chaat

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Fish Fillets
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 pieces Green Chillies
  • 1 Tablespoon tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon teaspoons Chaat Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon teaspoons Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Handful handfuls Coriander leaves
  • To Taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Oil

Instructions:

  1. 1. Clean and cut the fish into small pieces. Add salt and ginger garlic paste to the fish and set it aside for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces until they turn golden brown. Take out the fish pieces and set them aside.
  3. 3. In the same pan, add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chillies. Cook until the onions turn translucent.
  4. 4. Now, add the chaat masala to the pan and mix it well.
  5. 5. Add the fried fish pieces back to the pan and mix it all together.
  6. 6. Squeeze out lime juice on top and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  7. 7. Your Exotic Indian Fish Chaat is ready to be served. Enjoy hot with a side of mint chutney.
