
Exotic Indian Fish Chaat

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Fish Fillets
- 2 medium Onions
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 2 pieces Green Chillies
- 1 Tablespoon tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 Teaspoon teaspoons Chaat Masala
- 1 Teaspoon teaspoons Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Handful handfuls Coriander leaves
- To Taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Instructions:
- 1. Clean and cut the fish into small pieces. Add salt and ginger garlic paste to the fish and set it aside for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces until they turn golden brown. Take out the fish pieces and set them aside.
- 3. In the same pan, add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chillies. Cook until the onions turn translucent.
- 4. Now, add the chaat masala to the pan and mix it well.
- 5. Add the fried fish pieces back to the pan and mix it all together.
- 6. Squeeze out lime juice on top and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
- 7. Your Exotic Indian Fish Chaat is ready to be served. Enjoy hot with a side of mint chutney.
