Exotic Indian Chicken Samosas

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken breasts
- 1 large Onion
- 1/2 cup Green peas
- 2 medium Potatoes
- 1 tablespoon Curry powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 12 pieces Samosa wrappers
- enough for deep frying Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Boil the chicken breasts until fully cooked and then shred.
- While the chicken is boiling dice the onion, peas, and potatoes.
- Saute the onion until it turns transparent, and then add the peas and potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender.
- When the potatoes are tender, add in the shredded chicken, curry powder, garam masala, and cumin. Stir well and let it cook for around 5 minutes.
- Fill each samosa wrapper with the chicken filling and fold it into a triangle. Seal the edges with water.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan. Deep fry the samosas until they turn golden brown.
- Serve with a side of chutney or yogurt for dipping.
