Ingredients:
- 4 cups chopped Mixed exotic fruits (Mango, Kiwi, Dragon fruit etc.)
- 1/2 cup chopped Mint leaves
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
Instructions:
- 1. Prepare the fruits by washing, peeling, and chopping them into bite-sized pieces. Try to use a variety of colors and textures to make the salad visually appealing.
- 2. To prepare the dressing, take a bowl and combine the lemon juice, orange juice, finely chopped mint leaves, honey, and sea salt. Stir well until the honey is dissolved.
