
Exotic French Tuna Tartare

Ingredients:
- 400 grams Fresh Tuna Steak
- 2 tablespoons Capers
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 0.5 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1 whole French Baguette
- 1 sprig Fresh Parsley (Optional)
Instructions:
- Begin with the freshest tuna steak you can find. Slice the tuna into very small dice, around 5mm or 1/4 inch in size. Move to a bowl.
- Rinse capers in fresh water to remove excess salt and chop finely. Add to bowl.
- Add mustard, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper to bowl.
- Mix gently but thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined.
- Toast slices of the French baguette, if desired.
- Serve the tuna tartare on toasts for an enticing starter or exotic snack.
- Optional: garnish the tartare with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
