
Exotic French Toast Stuffed with Truffle Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 8 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons White truffle oil
- 200 grams Cream cheese
- 8 slices Bread
- to taste Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- for garnish Powdered sugar
Instructions:
- 1. In a bowl, beat 6 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the truffle oil and mix well.
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a little butter and then the egg mixture. Cook the scrambled eggs until they are just set. Remove from heat and mix in the cream cheese.
- 3. Cut a small pocket into the side of each bread slice. Fill the pockets with the truffle scrambled eggs.
- 4. In a shallow dish, beat the remaining 2 eggs. Dip the stuffed bread slices into the egg mixture, soaking each side.
- 5. Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat. Melt a pat of butter, then add the stuffed bread slices. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- 6. Serve warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
