Exotic French Seafood Escargot

Ingredients:

  • 24 pieces Canned Snails
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 cup White Wine
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 loaf Bread baguette

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Clean the canned snails under running tap water and pat dry with paper towel.
  3. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic to the butter and cook it until it’s fragrant.
  5. In the same pan, add wine, snails and chopped parsley.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 15 minutes.
  7. Cut the baguette into slices and lightly toast in the oven.
  8. Remove the snails from the heat and divide among the toasted bread slices.
  9. Serve immediately while hot.
