
Exotic French Seafood Crepes

Ingredients:
- 1 package crepe mix
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups shrimp
- 1 cup scallops
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Prepare the crepes according to the package instructions and set aside.
- 2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp and scallops and cook until they are fully cooked.
- 3. Add the white wine to the pan and allow the alcohol to cook off, about 2-3 minutes.
- 4. Lower the heat to medium-low and stir in the heavy cream, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Continue to cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 6. Spoon the seafood and sauce onto one side of each crepe, then fold the crepe over.
- 7. Serve the crepes warm, topped with a sprinkle of additional lemon zest if desired.
