
Exotic French Midnight Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Shallots
- 1/4 cup Dry white wine
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Tarragon leaves
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and chopped shallots. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the white wine and simmer for a few minutes to reduce.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and tarragon leaves. Simmer the sauce for another 5 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for a few minutes to soak up the flavors.
- Serve the chicken hot with a spoonful of the creamy sauce. Bon Appétit!
