  • 4 cups fresh Arugula
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Goat Cheese
  • 1/2 cup toasted Pecans
  • 1/4 cup Dressing: Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dressing: Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dressing: Honey
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions:

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the diced exotic fruits, arugula, goat cheese, and toasted pecans.
  2. To make the dressing: In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
