
Exotic French Chicken Crepes

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 packet Crepe Mix
- as needed Water
- 100 grams Creme Fraiche
- 1 tablespoon Truffle Oil
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink in the center, about 7-8 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and let it rest.
- Prepare the crepe mix as directed on the packet, adding water as necessary. Cook the crepes in a non-stick pan over medium heat, flipping once until golden brown on both sides.
- Once the chicken has rested, shred it using two forks.
- Spread each crepe with a layer of creme fraiche, then add a portion of shredded chicken. Drizzle with truffle oil for an extra touch of exotica.
