Exotic French Chicken Crepes

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 packet Crepe Mix
  • as needed Water
  • 100 grams Creme Fraiche
  • 1 tablespoon Truffle Oil

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink in the center, about 7-8 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and let it rest.
  3. Prepare the crepe mix as directed on the packet, adding water as necessary. Cook the crepes in a non-stick pan over medium heat, flipping once until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Once the chicken has rested, shred it using two forks.
  5. Spread each crepe with a layer of creme fraiche, then add a portion of shredded chicken. Drizzle with truffle oil for an extra touch of exotica.
  6. Roll up the crepes and serve warm. Enjoy your exotic French breakfast!
