
Exotic French Beef Tartare

Ingredients:
- 300 grams Prime cut beef fillet
- 8 pieces Mini pickles
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 1/2 Yellow onion
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 Egg yolk
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 piece Baguette
Instructions:
- 1. Freeze the beef for 2 hours before preparation, then finely mince it using a sharp knife.
- 2. Chop the pickles, capers, onion, and parsley very finely, and combine them in a mixing bowl.
- 3. Add the mustard, tomato ketchup, and the egg yolk to the mixture and combine them well.
- 4. Add the minced meat to the mixture, season with salt and pepper, and thoroughly combine it.
- 5. Serve the beef tartare on slices of fresh baguette, and garnish with some parsley leaves.
