
Exotic Deviled Quail Eggs with Caviar

Ingredients:
- 16 unit Quail eggs
- 2 tablespoons High quality caviar
- 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon White wine vinegar
- pinch Paprika
- as needed Parsley for garnish
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Carefully place the quail eggs in a pot of boiling water and cook for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, remove from the heat, drain the hot water and fill the pot with cold water to stop the eggs from cooking further.
- 2. Once the eggs are cool enough to handle, gently peel them.
- 3. Slice the eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks, setting the whites aside.
- 4. In a bowl, mash the yolks and add in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper. Combine until smooth.
- 5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the halves of the egg whites.
- 6. Top each egg half with a small scoop of caviar.
- 7. Garnish with parsley before serving. Enjoy these uniquely indulgent, exotic deviled eggs!
