Total Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 16 unit Quail eggs
  • 2 tablespoons High quality caviar
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon White wine vinegar
  • pinch Paprika
  • as needed Parsley for garnish
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. Carefully place the quail eggs in a pot of boiling water and cook for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, remove from the heat, drain the hot water and fill the pot with cold water to stop the eggs from cooking further.
  2. 2. Once the eggs are cool enough to handle, gently peel them.
  3. 3. Slice the eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks, setting the whites aside.
  4. 4. In a bowl, mash the yolks and add in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper. Combine until smooth.
  5. 5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the halves of the egg whites.
  6. 6. Top each egg half with a small scoop of caviar.
  7. 7. Garnish with parsley before serving. Enjoy these uniquely indulgent, exotic deviled eggs!
