
Exotic Chinese Szechuan Pork

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Pork loin
- 2 teaspoons Szechuan peppercorns
- 4 pieces Garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Chili oil
- 2 pieces Red chili peppers
- 2 stalks Scallions
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Cut the pork into thin, bite-sized slices.
- In a bowl, combine the pork slices, minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and chopped ginger. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Szechuan peppercorns and red chili peppers to the pan and cook until fragrant.
- Add the pork to the pan and cook until browned.
- Add the remaining marinade to the pan. Stir well to coat the pork. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
- Add rice vinegar and chili oil. Stir well to combine.
- Garnish with chopped scallions. Serve and enjoy your delicious, exotic Chinese Szechuan Pork!
