Exotic Chinese Szechuan Pork

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Pork loin
  • 2 teaspoons Szechuan peppercorns
  • 4 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Chili oil
  • 2 pieces Red chili peppers
  • 2 stalks Scallions
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Cut the pork into thin, bite-sized slices.
  2. In a bowl, combine the pork slices, minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and chopped ginger. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add Szechuan peppercorns and red chili peppers to the pan and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the pork to the pan and cook until browned.
  5. Add the remaining marinade to the pan. Stir well to coat the pork. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
  6. Add rice vinegar and chili oil. Stir well to combine.
  7. Garnish with chopped scallions. Serve and enjoy your delicious, exotic Chinese Szechuan Pork!
