
Exotic Chinese Street-Style Noodle Snack

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta (preferably thin Chinese noodles)
- 2 pieces Chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 pepper Red Chili
- 200 grams Bok Choy
- 100 grams Mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside once cooked.
- In a pan over medium heat, drizzle in sesame oil. Add in the finely chopped garlic and red chili, sautéing until the garlic is golden.
- Add the chicken breast to the pan and cook until well done. Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a plate and let it cool.
- In the same pan, stir fry bok choy and mushrooms with a splash of soy sauce.
- Shred the chicken using two forks. Add the shredded chicken back to the pan and stir everything together.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan, pouring in the remainder of the soy sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving. Enjoy your exotic Chinese street-style noodle snack!
