Exotic Chinese Street-Style Noodle Snack

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pasta (preferably thin Chinese noodles)
  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pepper Red Chili
  • 200 grams Bok Choy
  • 100 grams Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside once cooked.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, drizzle in sesame oil. Add in the finely chopped garlic and red chili, sautéing until the garlic is golden.
  3. Add the chicken breast to the pan and cook until well done. Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a plate and let it cool.
  4. In the same pan, stir fry bok choy and mushrooms with a splash of soy sauce.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks. Add the shredded chicken back to the pan and stir everything together.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan, pouring in the remainder of the soy sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving. Enjoy your exotic Chinese street-style noodle snack!
