
Exotic Chinese Seafood Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimp
- 1 pound scallops
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 0.5 teaspoon chili flakes
- 3 cups assorted vegetables (bell peppers, snap peas, carrots)
- 1 bunch spring onions
Instructions:
- Clean and de-vein the shrimp and clean the scallops.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and chili flakes, stirring until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and scallops, cooking until they are halfway done.
- Add the assorted vegetables and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
- Pour in the oyster sauce and soy sauce, stir well to coat the seafood and vegetables.
- Slice the spring onions diagonally and sprinkle them on top.
- Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice.
