Exotic Chinese Fruit Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 4 cup Mixed Exotic Fruits (kiwi, starfruit, dragon fruit etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • to taste Green Onion

Instructions:

  1. Wash and slice all the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, freshly grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan or wok over medium heat.
  4. Add the mixed fruits to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Pour the sauce over the fruits in the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the fruits are well coated and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. Serve the exotic fruit stir-fry topped with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions.
