
Exotic Chinese Fruit Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 4 cup Mixed Exotic Fruits (kiwi, starfruit, dragon fruit etc.)
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
- to taste Green Onion
Instructions:
- Wash and slice all the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, freshly grated ginger, and minced garlic.
- Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the mixed fruits to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Pour the sauce over the fruits in the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the fruits are well coated and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Serve the exotic fruit stir-fry topped with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions.
