
Exotic Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Long grain rice
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 medium size Onion
- 1 large Carrot
- 1/2 cup Frozen peas
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Shrimp
- 1 cup Chicken breast
- 2 stalks Scallions
Instructions:
- Cook the rice as per the instructions on the package and set it aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and chicken, cook until they become golden. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Add the chopped garlic and onion. Stir until aromatic.
- Add the chopped carrots and peas, stir fry until they are cooked.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the pan, add the eggs to the other side and scramble them.
- Mix the vegetables and scrambled eggs together. Add the cooked shrimp, chicken, and rice.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce. Stir everything well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and serve hot.
