Exotic Chinese Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 3 items Eggs
  • 2 cups Cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup Chinese sausage
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 0.5 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons Dark soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup Chopped spring onions
  • 1 cup Frozen mix-vegetables

Instructions:

  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
  2. Add the chopped onions and Chinese sausage to the pan and sauté until onions become translucent.
  3. Push onion and sausage to the side of the pan and break the eggs into the pan. Scramble the eggs and combine with the onion and sausage.
  4. Add the cooked jasmine rice to the pan and stir to combine.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and mixed vegetables. Continue to stir fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in the chopped spring onions before serving.
