
Exotic Chinese Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 3 items Eggs
- 2 cups Cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup Chinese sausage
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 0.5 cup Chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons Dark soy sauce
- 0.5 cup Chopped spring onions
- 1 cup Frozen mix-vegetables
Instructions:
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
- Add the chopped onions and Chinese sausage to the pan and sauté until onions become translucent.
- Push onion and sausage to the side of the pan and break the eggs into the pan. Scramble the eggs and combine with the onion and sausage.
- Add the cooked jasmine rice to the pan and stir to combine.
- Stir in the soy sauce and mixed vegetables. Continue to stir fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Remove from heat and mix in the chopped spring onions before serving.
