
Exotic Chinese Beef Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
Instructions:
- Wash and drain the lettuce and set it aside.
- Chop the green onions and garlic finely.
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until it is fully browned.
- Add the green onions, garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes to the pan. Stir until the ingredients are well mixed.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in the rice vinegar.
- Spoon the beef mixture into the lettuce leaves, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and serve.
