Exotic Chinese Beef Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce

Instructions:

  1. Wash and drain the lettuce and set it aside.
  2. Chop the green onions and garlic finely.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until it is fully browned.
  4. Add the green onions, garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes to the pan. Stir until the ingredients are well mixed.
  5. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the rice vinegar.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture into the lettuce leaves, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and serve.
