Exotic Bourbon Glazed Beef Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds Beef ribs
  • 1 cup Bourbon
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Arrange ribs in a single layer in a baking dish.
  3. In a medium saucepan combine bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, finely chopped garlic and ginger, and chili flakes. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  4. Pour the bourbon mixture over the ribs, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for about 3 hours, until the meat is tender and falls off the bone.
  5. Every hour, open the oven and spoon the bourbon mixture over the ribs to keep them moist.
  6. Remove the ribs from the oven, let stand for a few minutes then serve hot.
