Exotic Bourbon Glazed Beef Ribs

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Beef ribs
- 1 cup Bourbon
- 0.5 cup Brown sugar
- 0.25 cup Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Arrange ribs in a single layer in a baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan combine bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, finely chopped garlic and ginger, and chili flakes. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Pour the bourbon mixture over the ribs, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for about 3 hours, until the meat is tender and falls off the bone.
- Every hour, open the oven and spoon the bourbon mixture over the ribs to keep them moist.
- Remove the ribs from the oven, let stand for a few minutes then serve hot.
