Exotic American Pineapple and Pork Roast

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds Boneless pork roast
  • 1 medium-size Can of pineapple with juice
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Season the pork roast with salt and pepper and place it in a roasting pan.
  3. In a blender, combine the pineapple with juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, peeled garlic cloves, dry mustard, Sriracha sauce, and ginger. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the blended sauce over the pork roast.
  5. Place the roasting pan in the oven and cook for approximately 1 hour 20 minutes or the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Once cooked, take the pork roast out of the oven and leave it to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
