Exotic American Pineapple and Pork Roast

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Boneless pork roast
- 1 medium-size Can of pineapple with juice
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Soy sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Season the pork roast with salt and pepper and place it in a roasting pan.
- In a blender, combine the pineapple with juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, peeled garlic cloves, dry mustard, Sriracha sauce, and ginger. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended sauce over the pork roast.
- Place the roasting pan in the oven and cook for approximately 1 hour 20 minutes or the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Once cooked, take the pork roast out of the oven and leave it to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
