
Exotic American Grilled Fish with Mango Salsa

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces fresh fish fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- to taste salt
- to taste ground black pepper
- 1 piece ripe mango
- 0.5 piece red onion
- 0.5 piece cucumber
- 1 piece jalapeno
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over your fish fillets.
- Grill the fish fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side, until the fish is opaque.
- While the fish is grilling, make the mango salsa. Dice the mango, red onion, cucumber, and jalapeno into small pieces and mix them together. Chop the cilantro and add this to the mixture.
- Once the fish is done, top with the mango salsa and serve immediately.
