
Exotic American Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Fish fillets
- 8 pieces Corn tortillas
- 2 whole Avocado
- 2 whole Lime
- 1 whole Pineapple
- 1 bunch needed Cilantro
- 2 cloves Garlic
- to taste needed Salt
- to taste needed Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Arrange the fish on the prepared baking sheet, and season with salt, pepper, and the juice from 1 lime.
- Bake the fish for around 10 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fish is cooking, prepare the taco fillings. Slice the avocado and pineapple, mince the garlic, and chop the cilantro.
- Heat the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until warm and slightly toasted.
- Top each tortilla with a piece of the cooked fish. Add the avocado, pineapple, garlic, and cilantro. Squeeze the juice from the remaining lime over each taco, and season with a little more salt and pepper, if desired.
- Serve the tacos immediately, and enjoy your exotic American fish taco snack!
