Exotic American Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Fish fillets
  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 2 whole Avocado
  • 2 whole Lime
  • 1 whole Pineapple
  • 1 bunch needed Cilantro
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • to taste needed Salt
  • to taste needed Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Arrange the fish on the prepared baking sheet, and season with salt, pepper, and the juice from 1 lime.
  3. Bake the fish for around 10 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  4. While the fish is cooking, prepare the taco fillings. Slice the avocado and pineapple, mince the garlic, and chop the cilantro.
  5. Heat the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until warm and slightly toasted.
  6. Top each tortilla with a piece of the cooked fish. Add the avocado, pineapple, garlic, and cilantro. Squeeze the juice from the remaining lime over each taco, and season with a little more salt and pepper, if desired.
  7. Serve the tacos immediately, and enjoy your exotic American fish taco snack!
