
Exotic American Baked Citrus Fish

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces White Fish Fillets
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black Pepper
- 2 pieces Lemon
- 2 pieces Lime
- 2 pieces Oranges
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Small bunch Fresh Parsley
- 3 cloves Garlic Cloves
- Half cup White Wine
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Pat dry the fish fillets.
- Season each fish fillet with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine the zest and juice from 1 lemon, 1 lime and 1 orange. Stir in olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Place each fillet in a large square of aluminum foil. Drizzle the citrus mixture over the fish, turning a few times to fully coat.
- Fold the foil over the fish and seal to create a packet. Place the packets on a baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven, open each packet and pour a little white wine over the fish. Allow to rest for a few minutes so it can absorb the flavor.
- Serve fish with a garnish of fresh parsley and slices of the remaining lemon, lime, and orange. Enjoy your Exotic American Baked Citrus Fish!
