Exotic American Baked Citrus Fish

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces White Fish Fillets
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Black Pepper
  • 2 pieces Lemon
  • 2 pieces Lime
  • 2 pieces Oranges
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Small bunch Fresh Parsley
  • 3 cloves Garlic Cloves
  • Half cup White Wine

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Pat dry the fish fillets.
  2. Season each fish fillet with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine the zest and juice from 1 lemon, 1 lime and 1 orange. Stir in olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  4. Place each fillet in a large square of aluminum foil. Drizzle the citrus mixture over the fish, turning a few times to fully coat.
  5. Fold the foil over the fish and seal to create a packet. Place the packets on a baking tray.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from oven, open each packet and pour a little white wine over the fish. Allow to rest for a few minutes so it can absorb the flavor.
  8. Serve fish with a garnish of fresh parsley and slices of the remaining lemon, lime, and orange. Enjoy your Exotic American Baked Citrus Fish!
