  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil

  1. Prepare all ingredients: peel and devein the shrimp, mince the garlic, cut the red bell pepper into thin strips, cut the carrot into thin slices, and cut the broccoli into small florets.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large pan over medium high heat.
  3. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the shrimp and set it aside.
  4. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until it starts to brown.
