
Easy Thai Shrimp Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Shrimp
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 Carrot
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Prepare all ingredients: peel and devein the shrimp, mince the garlic, cut the red bell pepper into thin strips, cut the carrot into thin slices, and cut the broccoli into small florets.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large pan over medium high heat.
- Add the shrimp and stir-fry until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the shrimp and set it aside.
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until it starts to brown.
- Add the red bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot to the pan. Stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and red pepper flakes to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked shrimp and Thai basil leaves to the pan. Stir well to combine everything. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot, with a side of steamed rice if desired.
