Easy Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Boneless chicken thighs
  • 0.5 cup Soy Sauce
  • 0.25 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp grated Ginger
  • 2 cloves minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 sliced Spring Onions
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large frying pan.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the pan.
  4. Cook each side of the chicken thighs for about 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  6. Simmer the chicken and sauce for about 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle sliced spring onions and sesame seeds over the chicken before serving.
