
Easy Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless chicken thighs
- 0.5 cup Soy Sauce
- 0.25 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp grated Ginger
- 2 cloves minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 sliced Spring Onions
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large frying pan.
- Add chicken thighs to the pan.
- Cook each side of the chicken thighs for about 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Simmer the chicken and sauce for about 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle sliced spring onions and sesame seeds over the chicken before serving.
