Easy Scrambled Eggs Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 4 units Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 4 slices White bread
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. Beat the eggs and milk in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently until it starts to set, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. 4. Toast the slices of bread until they reach desired crispness.
  5. 5. Spread the remaining butter on the toasted bread.
  6. 6. Spoon the scrambled eggs onto two slices and then place a slice of American cheese on top.
  7. 7. Add the remaining toast slices on top, cut in half if you prefer and serve immediately.
