
Easy Scrambled Eggs Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 4 units Eggs
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 4 slices White bread
- 2 slices American cheese
- pinch Salt
- pinch Pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Beat the eggs and milk in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 3. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently until it starts to set, about 4-5 minutes.
- 4. Toast the slices of bread until they reach desired crispness.
- 5. Spread the remaining butter on the toasted bread.
- 6. Spoon the scrambled eggs onto two slices and then place a slice of American cheese on top.
- 7. Add the remaining toast slices on top, cut in half if you prefer and serve immediately.
