Easy Mexican Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Tilapia fillets
  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 2 whole Lime
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 small Red onion
  • to taste Guacamole
  • to taste Salsa
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions:

  1. 1. Prep your ingredients - chop the cilantro, slice the onions and limes, and have your guacamole and salsa ready.
  2. 2. Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat.
  4. 4. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until soft and pliable.
  5. 5. To assemble the tacos, lay a tortilla flat and spread a spoonful of guacamole across the middle. Add a piece of fish, followed by a sprinkle of cilantro and onion. Squeeze a little lime juice over the top, and add salsa to taste.
  6. 6. Serve immediately, with extra limes on the side for squeezing.
