
Easy Japanese Midnight Egg Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cooked white rice
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 stalks Green onions
- to taste Nori seaweed strips
Instructions:
- Start by heating the sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble softly.
- Once the eggs are half cooked, add the cooked white rice to the pan and mix it with the soft scrambled eggs.
- Drizzle the rice and egg mixture with the soy sauce and mix well.
- Continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until the rice is well mixed and hot.
- Remove the pan from heat and divide the egg rice into two serving bowls.
- Garnish each bowl with freshly chopped green onions and desired amount of Nori seaweed strips.
