
Easy Japanese Breakfast Seafood Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cooked Japanese Rice
- 1 cup Seafood Mix (shrimps, squids, mussels)
- 2 stalks Green Onion
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Seaweed, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the seafood mix to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until cooked.
- Add the cooked rice to the seafood mix in the pan and stir well to combine. Add soy sauce and stir again.
- In a separate pan, scramble the eggs over medium heat. Once they are halfway cooked, add in the rice and seafood mixture. Stir well.
- Keep stirring until everything is well mixed and heated.
- Divide the mixture between two bowls and garnish with chopped green onion and seaweed. Serve hot.
