
Easy Italian Fish Bake

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces White fish fillets
- 1 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- Handful Fresh basil
- To taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay the fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the top.
- Mix the chopped garlic with the breadcrumbs, then press this mixture onto the top of each fish fillet.
- Scatter the cherry tomatoes around the fish on the baking sheet. Drizzle them with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt, then squeeze over the juice of half a lemon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden.
- Serve with a garnish of fresh basil, and enjoy!
