Easy Italian Fish Bake

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces White fish fillets
  • 1 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • Handful Fresh basil
  • To taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the top.
  3. Mix the chopped garlic with the breadcrumbs, then press this mixture onto the top of each fish fillet.
  4. Scatter the cherry tomatoes around the fish on the baking sheet. Drizzle them with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt, then squeeze over the juice of half a lemon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden.
  6. Serve with a garnish of fresh basil, and enjoy!
