Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Fish fillets
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease a baking dish with half of the olive oil.
- Place the fish fillets in the prepared baking dish and drizzle them with the lemon juice and remaining olive oil. Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your quick and easy fish fillet snack!
