
Dragon Noodles with Exotic Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pasta (Preferably Lo Mein Noodles)
- 1.5 cups Oyster Mushrooms
- 1.5 cups Shiitake Mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 inch piece Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 3 stalks Green Onions
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta as per the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium heat. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the oyster and shiitake mushrooms. Stir fry for about 5 minutes until they are tender.
- Mix in the soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Stir to combine well.
- Add the cooked pasta to the wok and toss until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Chop the green onions and sprinkle them over the noodles along with the sesame seeds.
- Serve hot immediately for a delicious and exotic Chinese lunch experience.
