Creamy Thai Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams spaghetti pasta
  • 1/2 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 stalks green onions
  • 1 pc red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup mozarella cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cook the pasta as per the package instruction and drain.
  3. In a bowl whisk together sweet Thai chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, coconut milk and minced garlic.
  4. In a greased baking dish, mix the cooked pasta, chopped green onions, thinly sliced red bell pepper and the prepared sauce. Mix well to combine.
  5. Top it with mozzarella cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious creamy Thai pasta bake!
