
Creamy Thai Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
- 200 grams spaghetti pasta
- 1/2 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 stalks green onions
- 1 pc red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup mozarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook the pasta as per the package instruction and drain.
- In a bowl whisk together sweet Thai chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, coconut milk and minced garlic.
- In a greased baking dish, mix the cooked pasta, chopped green onions, thinly sliced red bell pepper and the prepared sauce. Mix well to combine.
- Top it with mozzarella cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
